When we’re building an extension or loft conversion we always consider our clients’ comfort. We aim to minimise the inconvenience of ‘having the builders in’.
So we always work from the outside in, starting with foundation and drainage works. Then we build the shell and roof to make the site completely warm and watertight before making breakthroughs into your home – whether it’s by the staircase for a loft, or a new walkthrough opening to an extension. This minimises the time your home is exposed to any building works.
